BLS Course Provider Course

The BLS Healthcare Provider Course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in safe – timely and effective manner.

Who can do BLS?

The course is intended for certified or non-certified healthcare professionals. In a health care.  Health care providers such as physicians, nurses, ambulance assistance, paramedics, emergency medical technicians, physical and occupational therapists, physician’s assistants, residents, interns, medical or nursing assistants, medical or nursing graduating students, police officers and other allied healthcare personnel.

ACLS Course Provider Course

The American Heart Association’s Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Course is totally designed for healthcare providers who either directly or indirectly participate in the resuscitation of a patient. The ACLS course, providers will enhance their skills in the treatment of the adult and or infant victim of a cardiac arrest or other cardiopulmonary emergencies. ACLS emphasizes the importance of basic life support CPR to patient survival, the integration of effective basic life support with advanced cardiovascular life support interventions: and the importance of effective team interaction and communication during resuscitation. ACLS is based on simulated clinical scenarios that encourage active, hands-on participation through learning stations where students will practice essential skills individually, as a part of a team, and as a team leader. Realistic simulations reinforce the following key concepts: proficiency in basic life support care; recognizing and initiating early management of peri-arrest conditions; managing cardiac arrest; identifying and treating ischemic chest pain and acute coronary syndromes; recognizing other life-threatening clinical situations and providing initial care; ACLS algorithms; and effective resuscitation team dynamics.

ACLS & BLS – FAQ’s

  1. What is BLS?

BLS or Basic Life Support training is taken by healthcare professionals and other professionals in Service field like a policeman, lifeguards, babysitters, teachers etc. where there arises a need to provide Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).  It is approved by the American Heart Association.

  1. What is ACLS?

ACLS or Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is taken by medical professionals working in hospitals, emergency care centres etc. It is approved by the American Heart Association.

  1. What is the difference between ACLS & BLS?

ACLS Certification is taken only by healthcare professionals as the course structure has been specifically designed for them. BLS is taken by medical professionals as well as most service providers like teachers, lifeguards etc. Healthcare background is not compulsory for BLS certification.

 

BLS & ACLS at Bemax Academy

We are providing three days classes for BLS & ACLS on a weekly basis, commencing from every Thursday to Saturday in our Kollam, Mevaram, Kottarakkara, Pathanamthitta and Karunagappally. Trainers of AHA Approved International Training Centre would provide quality classes along with good infrastructure which is our highlights.  The courses are conducted by ITC, undertaken by American Heart Association. We do provide course certificates on the very same day and can provide course cards for the eligible candidates within a short time.
